Finished two telephonic interviews and one F2F discussion. Then came the last round of the interview with some Founder or top executive, I took a walk till his cabin to see Managers using bad and cheap words in Hindi on the employees. To my surprise the interviewer was no better than what I saw outside, just pointless useless questions and busy on his own work. This is when I decided not to join even with an offer and walked out after the interview.
This company is just crap found by a lucky, self centered and intelligent founder who has no Management skills and is not at all fit to be there.

This was an introductory conversation focused on my resume, past experiences, and overall fit for the role. We discussed my journey across fintech and product roles, key projects I've led, and how my experience aligns with the company’s current needs.
2) Assignment Round: product assignment designed to assess approach to problem-solving, product prioritization, and structured thinking.
