I had a chat with an HR representative, they were looking for mobile engineers and I was interested. 2 weeks later the recruiter told me that they just want an engineer who wants to work in the backend, I rejected the opportunity because I didn't want that at that time.

There's multiple stages of the interview, you begin with a screening then move to an take home challenge followed up by a tech interview and system design. If everything goes well then you move to the cultural fit and the you're offered. All interviews are in english

5 interviews and 1 technical challenge. You must wait a whole week for their feedback ON EACH STEP. At the end of all process and having wasted 5 weeks of my time, they said that they saw some gaps in my technical knowledge that were visible since the SECOND INTERVIEW! so, instead of stoping the process right away, they made me lose another 5 weeks of my time with nonsense.
