The interview process ranged from formal to informal. Great overall. I knew the workgroup I was interviewing for, so my interviews were mostly informal, with prior colleagues and managers. I did one-on-one, group and panel interviews. They also have drug testing and background checks. During my interview process I had a chance to speak with future peers, managers, directors, as well as the vice president of the group I was interviewing for.
