Entretien
The interview process was fairly straight-forward. First a phone interview with a CxD team member, then I got a take home design challenge which I was asked to present in the second interview with five CxD designers present. It was very streamlined and transparent and the questions were all related to the challenge and CxD in general as well as my experience.

Why did you choose this phrasing for the menu options? If the customer follows this path, can they go back at any point? Describe the persona you chose for this task and why you chose these characteristics. If a customer says something the system can't handle what would this case look like?
