Initial contact via LinkedIn with NuVasive Recruiter, follow up phone calls/emails for 4 weeks followed by 5 scheduled interviews focused on candidate character. NuVasive is very confident in their ability to train new NP's, valuing a strong A&P base knowledge but primarily sifting for people who want to take pride in their company and have a high view of integrity and respect for their patients, their co-workers and themselves.

Had schedule a quick phone interview, she asked a few questions about my background and why she thought I would be a good fit. She also asked standard questions, but was very friendly. I am waiting to hear back, so not sure if I got it.
