Started with emails to schedule an interview. Spoke and interviewed with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) that described the position and responsibilities. Once getting passed the phone interview an in-person interview was scheduled. Recalling during the application portion that no salary minimum was requested I contacted the CSM with what my current salary is and unfortunately the position offered was not going to meet my salary requirements.
