Karen, the VP of HR at Nth, conducted the interview to establish a candidate/culture fit. The interview was standardized and read off a script, the typical first interview to expect. She emphasized the importance of culture and integrated the average tenure at the company was over 10 years. She was professional and did her research.

A long interview process. Had quite a few interviews with different people from the company, in different departments. I met with the entire marketing department which was nice to meet the team I'd potentially be working with.
