First a phone call with the hiring manager, then panel interview with four people. The interview lasted over three hours. The hiring manager was the last to interview, and she answered a phone call during the interview. She said it was urgent, but that was very alarming and unprofessional. She also cut the interview short, due to needing to leave for personal reasons. Overall a very unprofessional interview.
