Entretien
I started with a phone interview with complete information about the position as well as the company. I was then offered a in person interview. My in person interview was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was more about the geared towards the actual position and how I would fit not the normal questions that do not gage you as a individual but more as a number.

The whole interviewing process is lengthy. I interviewed with the office I was hired at two times. Near the very end of the interview the manager told me to stay close to my phone. About two weeks later I received a call from Novant Health Talent Acquisitions offering me the job. From the first interview to the job offer it was about four months.
