It was a 3 step process. I interviewed with the HR representative, the hiring manager and I even met on of the Partners. Everyone was extremely professional. The hiring process is streamlined so it did not take long to hear whether I was hired or not. I have had many interviews over the past several months and Nouveau has a very good process.
