A phone screening was conducted to determine my availability and to see if I was a good fit for the role. Then a request for an in-person interview was made with different dates of availability.

Entretien
It was a bit awkward. They start the interview out in the front while customers are ordering and such and then take you into the back room to show you where the baking and frosting and all of that is done. Overall it was fairly simple.

Entretien
Telephone 1st, in person 2nd. Telephone with the owners and in person included the store GM. Casual and friendly. Seemed like it would be a good team to work with and opportunities to grow.
