I originally applied a month prior to getting an interview, but since the store was in the process of being built and finalized inside, I wasn't too bothered. The interview with the manager took place outside and at a café next door and took more or less an hour to finish. Manager was patient and easy to talk to and, question-wise, the interview was also very easy with simple questions pertaining to scheduling and expectations (mine and the workplace's). No internet background reviews that I knew of nor drug testing.
