I first received a phone call from a representative who works in an office near my hometown. We set up a time to have another phone interview to discuss the details of the internship in greater detail. After this 2nd phone conversation, we scheduled a real interview for the next time I would go back home. I had my first interview in November 2010. It wasn't really behavioral or anything, she just discussed the details of the project I would have to complete before I would be eligible for another round of interviews.
