After finding the job listing on an internal job posting site, I emailed the program director with my interest. I then had an interview with a program assistant to discuss past experience and day-to-day job activities, after which I was emailed with a decision.

Brief phone interview, that mainly consisted of questions related to the position. Lots of hypothetical situations that might come up on the job. Also walked through my resume, and asked me about my eduction history and extracurriculars. Then, about a week or week and a half after the phone interview, I got a call saying that I had been selected for an offer, and was given 2 weeks to respond. I accepted the offer, and enjoyed working there
