The entire hiring process consists of 4 interviews: first interview, with two representatives, they tell you about the company, describe the position, training, etc.
After first interview they give you a homework: you have to create a list of people you know, the more the better! They also send you an online assesement. It is not a problem solving test. Completing this assesment is used in order to get to know the candidate. It lasts 1-2 hours.
In second online assesment you have to provide a list of characteristics, and you have to choose ones that describe you most.
If you pass the assesments, they invite you for the second interview, almost next day after completion. Second interview lasts for about 1 hour, 1:1. Routine interview questions.
Third interview : you meet with the peers, and ask them about the company, workload, etc. And finally, the fourth interview... is celebration. You meet the President, open a bottle of champaigne and they welcome you to the Family.
Overall, peopla are very polite, smile,joke. Relaxed atmosphere.I had a feeling as it was a friendly conversation.
