First Interview was in person at the office in Houston with the recruiter. Then the second interview was in person with actual financial representative in at office with recruiter sitting in as well. Last interview was with the head person of the office. Mainly they are looking for a great attitude and and good work ethic. They wan't you to be a go-getter and to take full accountability for your mistakes.
