They make you take assessments, which have nothing to do with the actual job nor responsibilities. I would say these tests could be considered discriminatory in nature given they want everyone with the same cookie cutter personality ( so much for dei). There seems to be a heavy push to pick a career in finances over the position you are really interested in. Also asked illegal questions such as do you have kids ? Lastly learn to spell your candidate’s name correctly. There isn’t an excuse to make such typos in this day and age.
