I was recruited through a career fair at SDSU. There's two rounds of interview. The first will consist of the typical sell yourself pitching. Then, they will test your networking skills by requiring for your to meet with five individuals and try to get referrals for them. If you do well in that part, you will get the intern position, It's mostly a numbers game.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
