J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Sacramento, CA) en mai 2014
Entretien
Begins with a interview onsite with the recruiting coordinator, ask questions about your background and resume. Then required to take an online aptitude test to see how well you "fit" in. Although i know several people who were told they didn't do well on the test, but were still hired. Second interview is with the team leader where they go into more detail on what you will be doing, the third part is a presentation.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
