First contact was a phone call that lasted a few minutes just to set up a time for me to come by. Met with recruiter and she just asked me some personal questions about who I was and why I wanted to work for NMFN. Then met with the CDO with a in depth meeting regarding finances and what the job entail. Finally I met with the managing partner at the time for a relaxed meeting and the offer.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
