Received a call shortly after I applied to schedule a group interview. Group interview was awkward but they called a day later to give me a one on one interview. After that there was another one on one interview with the other recruiter. Called a week later to offer me a position. As long as you can speak to people you will get the job. It is an absolute joke and they are desperate for employees.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

It’s a three round interview, but it really more about getting to know you as a person no technicals. The second and third interview was the recruiter speaking on the job overview.
