Applied after seeing a couple recruiters for Northwestern at a college job fair. After that I heard back relatively quickly about setting up an interview. I had two interviews within two weeks and then was offered the internship and accepted.

It was a quick setup to get the first interview. Then there are two more interviews that took longer to set up and extended the hiring process. They are very nice though.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

Three rounds with calls with the head of hiring and with the head of the department, all behavioral questions were asked at each round to get to know you and your network
