Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Madison, WI) en févr. 2010
Entretien
The first interview was very pleasant, the woman interviewing me was one of the nicest people around and I enjoyed it was fun. Northwestern Mutual also gives you a marketing assessment that gives you a 30 day free trial to see what its like to be an intern. I found this fun, but if I get away from my natural market I think I'll have a harder time. The important thing here is Northwestern wants you to go through your family to start this internship, I refuse to do this, I would rather go about it with a different business plan. I am receiving an offer currently and I am trying to decided the best plan of attack for starting a client base. The second interview consisted of who you know and how many people do you think you can talk to right out of the gate giving me this project 100 market assessment to finish. The earlier marketing project mentioned was to get 6 people you know to talk to them and give them a survey. This market 100 assignment is actually getting people you could have a chance to sit down with a start your practice. Overall fun interviews exciting people that know a lot about insurance and developing relationships with others.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
