J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual en janv. 2010
Entretien
The interviews were great. There was no pressure whatsoever by either of the interviewers, and they were really friendly. When I asked them the questions I had about the position, they were very upfront with what the position would entail and what would be expected of me. Overall, the position seems like a great way to launch a career and something that anyone with a large network and outgoing personality should do.
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
