1st Step - met with the Marketing Coordinator - answered basic interview questions
2nd Step - met with Financial Advisor and his assistant, and Marketing Coordinator - answered more basic interview questions then I had to present on why I wanted to work at NMFN.
It was unpaid internship for credit so no negotiation.

Zoom interview, with 2 employees. The process lasted for 30 minutes and had casual conversations as a start and deeper questions about internships experiences, field, and marketing. The atmosphere is good and casual.

The interview process has 3 parts. The first is the phone call, the other 2 are in person. They took two weeks to get back to me after I reached out multiple times, and then finally told me they won't interview me for the second interview/

I spoke with a recruiter at the University career fair. I got an email back then had an interview two months later. The process was very lengthy and time consuming. Took forever to get a reply.
