The hiring process for Northwestern Mutual is fairly extensive. It is a series of three interviews and during which they ask you to fill out market surveys and a powerpoint to sell yourself to the manager.
The first interview is with a campus recruiter and is a behavioral interview
The second interview is with a Fincanial Representative in which they explain NMFN's life insurance products to you then ask you to fill out market surveys with local prfessionals and to prepare a powerpoint on why you should work there
The third interview is with the Managing Director and the first two interviewers in which you go over your powerpoint and market surveys

Very basic and straightforward behavioral questions, nothing technical. Have a good idea of what you would be doing and why you want to work there so that you can speak to your skillset and how it aligns with the job description.
