The Interview was all behavioral questions and going over my resume. Make sure you have questions for them to show you are interested at the end of the interview. For this internship, you have to come up with your own clients, so showing that you are sociable and creative in finding new clients, and somehow connected (through friends or family) in the area will land you the internship.
One initial recruiter call. The recruiter never put me in touch with the hiring team. I recommend that hiring managers take the time to interview qualified candidates. I have little faith that the recruiter accurately gaged my skillset as they didn’t seem to understand certain aspects of the role.
I was in contact with the recruiter and she invited me to an information session. After, she told me I would be able to schedule and interview. I emailed her multiple times and never got a reply. Unprofessional.
Formal interview with multiple different employees from different levels. Just wanting to get to you know as a person. There is nothing technical required to know for the interview. Multiple other candidates are on the call at the same time.
