J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northwestern Mutual (Dallas, TX) en mai 2011
Entretien
Had to go in for a total of 5 times. First time was an information session with 15 or so college students. If we were interested, we scheduled interviews with the hiring manager. Met with them for 5 minutes and was assigned a project to meet with 5 people and collect information with their experience with financial services and get 5 referrals from them. Turned that in on the 3rd meeting, assigned another task to call 5 former interns and interview them about their experience. Turn in those answers, then asked to schedule a time to meet with the college director and was offered the internship. Basically they accept anyone as long as you complete the tasks.

Question 1
Do you feel comfortable calling 100 people a week and asking them to give you names to call?
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
