The interview took about 30 minutes. Standard questions but asked a lot about my family and connections I had. Also asked for recommendations of friends that they can reach out to to interview. Was told I would hear back within a few days but never did.

There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
