Quick and simple. Nothing technical. Fantastic experience with the recruiting team. They were helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. It was just one initial interview. Then, if passed on to the next round, it's an interview/meeting with a Fin advisor, and the rest of the internship candidates are present. And if passed on after that, it's a final meeting with the recruiter where they'll basically give you the final news of where you stand.

Was told about the program and how I would need to get certified to sell life insurance in order to participate in the program. The interviewer was laid back and relaxed. It was a group interview.

It’s a three round interview, but it really more about getting to know you as a person no technicals. The second and third interview was the recruiter speaking on the job overview.
