Entretien
The interview was with the manager and educational coordinator of the unit. After the interview, I shadowed a PCT on the unit. I was able to ask the patient care tech more questions about the unit.

I was a patient care technician with no experience besides clinical. The questions I remember them asking were "Tell me about yourself" "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a patient" "How do you work in a team?" "How do you practice self care?"

Very simple and easy. Virtual and the format shows you a question and then you have a couple seconds to think about your answer. It’s recorded and then at the end you submit
