Behavioral, conversational, really inviting. 3 rounds of interviews that spanned over 3 months. Took a long time in between application submission and first interview notification but went quickly after that point.

It was a 20 minutes Skype Interview with a current fellow. It started from an introduction of the candidate, followed by several standard questions such as "what makes you an unique candiate" , and finished with questions that the candidate would like to ask.
