Interview was relaxed. Asked about experiences and why I would want to be a part of the health system. There were two rounds of interviews, both were on a one to one basis.

Pretty easy going and laid back. They asked simple interview questions and talked about your previous experiences to see if you make a good fit. The interview consisted of 2 people and both of them just wanted to really get to know you.
