The interviewer seemed initially interested in my current position and how well I knew my current bosses name-dropping a few... She had a list of questions specific to my resume where she wanted me to elaborate on certain things. Followed that by ask some general information on my personal goals. I must have said something wrong along the way because she ended the interview by saying it was only "exploratory" and the position was not approved in the budget and I probably wouldn't be hearing from her for 100 years since she's so busy, but feel free to email her (I did and no response). Of the 60+ positions I applied for this was the only one I was called for an interview and it supposedly not even a real position. Unfair waste of time.
