I received a phone call from a talent acquisitionist and was asked some questions on the phone and then got an email to set up for an video interview and then recieved a call back for an in person interview with the staff and team of the unit I applied for.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
