One round of Skype interview was conducted following their processing of the mailed-in applications, which included one letter of recommendation in addition to a cover letter, resume, and transcript. Two interviewees conducted the interview - a project manager/former intern, and the director of volunteer work from Northshore University Hospital. The questions were standard behavioral interview questions - no case component and nothing unexpected.
