The interview process was fairly straight-forward. I went to corporate HR first, filled out paperwork, and was interviewed by one of their staff. The questions asked were pretty standard-- work history, career goals, etc. After that staff member approved me I met with the doctor who would be my direct supervisor. He didn't ask me too many questions, but instead mainly described the studies that I would be working on.
