Applied online around beginning of April. Got a call back from talent acquisition ending of May. Talent acquisition rep was so friendly and informative. She scheduled an interview for me with the unit manager 3 days after we spoke. I interviewed with 5 people from the unit. Manager, 2 nurse educators, PCT, and RN. It was nerve racking but the environment they created was calming. Got called for reference 2 days later and got an offer EXACTLY a week after I interviewed!!! That’s how quick it was.

Fairly easy and average interview process. Required submission of references, résumé met with nurse managers within the facility for an in person interview. This did not include a shadowing aspect.
