I interviewed with the hiring manager and human resources manager. They asked a series of questions about dealing with incoming patients and the doctors schedule. They were interested in my Spanish bilingual knowledge to help the English as a second language patients. They made me feel at ease and hopeful to be considered for the position and explained the next steps like training, medical and background checks.

I applied to several PSA Positions (Different Locations) on (November 28th 2020) I heard back from one of the locations on (December 8th 2020.)The HR representative asked me a few follow up questions via email. I answered the questions and attached my resume as requested. The HR representative said that she would forward my resume and answers to the HR manager and I will hear back from her if they’re interested in interviewing. 2 days later (December 10th,2020) I received an interview request via email. I scheduled my interview for the following day. The managers were really kind and easy to talk to, the interview was quite easy going. My interview was on Friday (December 11th) and the manager told me that I should hear back from them by early next week. My advice to anyone wanting to work for Northwell Health: Apply to several positions and stay positive!
