Fantastic interview process, very helpful support staff. Dealt with a contracting department where Monica and Jay were fantastic. Physician I interviewed with were also great, they were part of a group owned by the hospital. Dr. Wheeler has this process down and knows to pick great candidates.

On site interview with administrators and staff. The interview was for a working day and it allowed to see what a typical work day would look like once you start workin at the location. Also you got hands on experience during the interview as well.
