Got my interview at a convention for my student organization Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers, went on sight internship interview. Basic behavioral such as tell me about yourself , why northrop grumman, greatest weakness and strength

Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
