First I had a behavior interview on the phone with a recruiter. Once I was brought on-site, I talked to the hiring manager (for the team I was applying for) about my resume, including my previous experience as a calculus and physics tutor. Afterwards, he gave me a tour of the office and labs.
They contacted me for an in person interview and then asked me leet code style questions. After the interview I heard back from a recruiter who set up another phone call with me

Technical questions and behavioral questions (STAR formatting) with the normal what draws you to work for us. Microsoft Teams meeting with a panel to review answers. Took roughly 1 hour and it was a very straightforward and easily made process.
