Dropped off my resume at a career fair, contacted for an on-campus interview. The interview was about 40 min, and had no technical questions. All behavioral. They really care to see whether you're a good fit for their company in terms of their vision and culture. And they want to make sure you want to work for their company. My interviewer was a really nice guy, seemed very genuine and cares about his team members (he was a manager) a lot. Although he was pretty young, he was kind of old-fashioned, didn't use any social media or anything haha.
