J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northrop Grumman en oct. 2024
Entretien
I applied internally to transfer from one state to another.
I had a 4-person panel interview, passed with flying colors, and was told I had the job within a week. They tell me I will have an offer letter in three days. Three days passes, and no letter. Two weeks pass, and nothing. A month passes, nothing. Six week pass, and still no letter. This entire time they tell me that "they're just doing paperwork and awaiting a director's signature"
Finally, I get a call from the recruiter telling me there have been budget cuts, and that they must rescind the offer letter. For these six weeks, I stopped looking for a job, which basically halted my job search for an entire two months.
This was among the least professional hiring process I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. They have no respect for you or your time.

After walking through my resume, they asked me a mix of behavioral and technical questions that were conceptual. The interview lasted 45 minutes total.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northrop Grumman en déc. 2025

I was referred, which seemed to put me past a couple of the rounds of interviewing. The actual interview was actually really enjoyable compared to my interviews with companies like Boeing and Amazon. The interviewers actually made me want to work with them. The questions were mainly trying to see if you knew what was in your resume, and there were some small technical questions, but nothing too difficult.
