Because my hiring process was done long-distance it felt very slow. Like a few months. I wasn't "cleared" to start until the week before my start date, which was nerve wracking because I was coming from 2000 miles away and was trying to plan. But at each step of the process everyone I talked with was so friendly and helpful.

What problems have you come across in a team project?
The interview took place on my university campus. The interview questions were mainly behavioral and nothing atypical from industry norms. The interview questions were mainly targeted towards my resume and specific experiences.

I sent in a cold application through their online portal which didn't seem to go anywhere, but after their came to campus I got my resume in front of a recruiter and was placed in a different pool of candidates. The interview was conducted on campus and was purely behavioral—almost none of it relevant to the position, just looking for fit.
Tell me about a time where you saw somebody doing the wrong thing and had to make a difficult decision to stop them. How did you approach the situation?

Entretien
I interviewed with two managers and they both made the interview extremely comfortable. However, I felt they were not really prepared with questions to ask which made the interview run shorter than anticipated.
