J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northrop Grumman
Entretien
The hiring and interview process took longer than I expected, but it was my first experience applying for a position with a government contractor so I wasn't aware of the amount of time it can take to be brought on board. From the first onsite visit to my first day on the job, it took almost 4 months to get the appropriate requisitions and background checks completed.
As for the interview itself, I don't think that the hiring managers were particularly knowledgeable about the qualities that they should have been looking for in an applicant. Having said that, they were comfortable and pleasant, and I enjoyed an easy interview.

Question 1
I was asked the interview question that I hate the most: "What would you say is your biggest weakness?"
I don't mind answering that question, but I think that it's overused and over prepared for.

Phone conference with the team manager and most the team. Questions about experience, areas of UX interest, strengths and weaknesses in UX, and potential projects I'd be involved with. Emphasized skill and culture compatibility.
