Applied on hand shake for an on campus interview. Northrop Grumman Corp. came to our campus for in person interviews. It was a smooth process. Highly recommend to use college resources.
There was a short video call with a hiring manager. They were very friendly, mostly walked through your resume, asked you some behavioral based questions, and asked about you (hobbies, school, etc).
Amazing process, smooth and recruiter scheduled them very well. Definitely have your resume known inside and out. The technicals were medium difficulty, Be as well spoken as you can, iterate your points clearly.
