The first part of the process was a call with HR representative. Then the hiring manager called me and we discussed my technical background. The final step was an in-person interview with the thermal team where we discussed the experience I had put on my resume and how I would approach certain thermal problems

I participated in a panel interview conducted via video call, which included the hiring manager and several senior staff members. Most of the questions focused on behavioral scenarios, past experiences, teamwork, problem-solving, and how I handle challenges in a professional setting.
