Entretien
Interview by the HR screener and told that my resume would be passed to the hiring manager. I was rejected by the hiring manager without a personal interview. Later I asked the HR screener what had happened as I believed I was well qualified for the position. I was told by the HR screener that a viable canidate had been chosen.
Later found out that the person hired was set up to accept the position even before the position being posted. The hiring manager knew this person anad had engouraged him to apply for the position. A complete waste of my time and everyone's effort.
First was a 30 min phone screen with recruiter, then a 1 hour phone interview with hiring manager, then a 1 hour video interview with panel comprising hiring manager, peer, hiring manager's peer, senior engineer, and HR.

Entretien
The main focus of the interview was on discussing hypothetical leadership scenarios and relating them to a story of what I have done in the past. Each topic generally had a follow up question.

Did you ever have a situation in the past where you needed to build trust with a coworker?
Sincerely surprised and disappointed with NG’s recruiting efforts. It took months to receive answers on three applications. If that’s how you operate and will bet the company is in trouble, short of talent to deliver on contracts. As a Hiring Manager I know first hand that the Defense Industry is in critical need of good candidates. NG is a well established company hence I am truly surprised of your poor recruiting performance.
