Had a phone interview back in March. Status STILL says "review" as well. The recruiter that you're suppose to direct questions to doesn't respond. It has been well over 2 months...and nothing.

The interview went really well. Clearly articulated what was expected of the position. They make sure you have a grasp of what the position is all about. They give you an adequate amount of time to sell yourself.
